Come on out to sample Campus Dining’s Mediterranean Edamame Quinoa Salad and learn about the International Year of the Pulses with Tara Keeler and Wellness Dietician Melissa Mirota.
A couple of the market’s student coordinator’s will be at the farmer’s market tent at 12:30pm to demonstrate how to make planting pots out of recyclable materials. As usual they will be also collecting undergraduate signatures for the petition to have the farmers’ market be a registered ODUS group.
