April 20th @ the Market

Our first market was a great success thanks to everyone who came out and enjoyed the amazing spring weather. Tomorrow looks like it will be much of the same, so come on out for good food, fresh produce, and great people!

Stop by the Campus Dining table to try their Tri-color Carrot Slaw and meet Wellness Dietician Melissa Mirota and Sustainability Manager Sarah Bavuso.

Under the main farmers’ market tent, we are excited to host the students of FRS 138: Science, Society & Dinner from 12:30-1:30pm for a salt tasting and talk about food systems study.
