Take some time out of your day today and come to the Princeton University Farmers’ Market to celebrate Earth Day by purchasing local, sustainably produced food!
All eight of our vendors will be at the market today, so bring your reusable bag and cash (most vendors appreciate small bills and change and may not take cards) and stop by the Firestone Library / Chapel Plaza from 11am – 3pm.
If you are interested in expressing your views on ways we can be more sustainable at Princeton University, stop by the big green tent and write your thoughts on a note card, which will be passed on to the Graduate Student Government and other university organizations.
Worried about the rain? According to the forecast so far, the rain should hold out the market ends (or at least the very end of the market). So come early while the weather is warm and rain-free!
Fun Fact:
Campus Dining has chef demos for all to taste that feature local and sustainably grown produce. Come on down to the market today to get a taste!
