Princeton University Farmers’ Market


The Spring 2016 Princeton University Farmers’ Market starts this week and we have finally posted all of our vendors on our 2016 Vendor List!

The market will run on five consecutive Wednesdays starting on April 13th. The dates will be:

April 13th
April 20th
April 27th
May 4th
May 11th

The market will be held in the Firestone Library / Chapel Plaza from 11:00am – 3:00pm.


At each market we will feature a special guest under the main farmers’ market tent at 12:30pm.

At our first market, we teamed up with Campus Dining and their blueberry vendor, Blueberry Bill Farms.

On April 20th, we hosted the students of FRS 138: Science, Society & Dinner for a salt tasting and talk about food systems study.

April 27th featured the Princeton Bee Team!

During the May 1st market we have Foodstand, a community where eaters and makers help each other stay at the front line of the food movement.

Stop by our final market on May 11th to visit with both the Princeton Garden Project and Greening Dining!
