Beautiful Market Days

We have been lucky to have the most amazing weather for our market days, and it looks like this week will be just as nice. Last week’s market had Campus Dining featuring their delicious Tri-color Carrot Slaw, and in case you missed it, they posted their recipe for their Vegan Blueberry Bars (which they demoed during the first market).

The freshmen seminar FRS 138: Science, Society & Dinner was our featured guest, and their salt tasting demo was a major success. Check out the Princeton Studies Food website for some more great photos.
