Bobolink Dairy and Bakehouse is a small, grass-based dairy farm in Milford, NJ, and was founded by Jonathan and Nina White in 2002. They create breads and pastries made with heritage and heirloom grains, humanely raised milk, and fine artisanal cheeses.

The Whole Earth Center, a 45-year old independent not-for-profit natural foods store, plays a leading role in supporting local, organic, and sustainable agricultural in Princeton and New Jersey. Whole Earth is also a clearinghouse for local and national issues pertaining to healthy eating and environmental concerns of all kinds.
